PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE

  

With over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries and markets, my professional goal is to apply my vast experience helping small to mid-sized companies root cause the problems they can’t seem to fix, teaching them to identify, measure and resolve issues within their organizations, providing the same level of expertise granted to large firms by sharing Organization Development tools, models and planning at a cost that is as affordable as the company needs it to be.

  • Managed major change effort to move a recently acquired division from fully customized sites to the standard Merck platform, including two million page migration from SPD (custom) to SharePoint 2010, collaborating with product owners from all locations, worldwide.

  • Managed a core team of seven members stationed at three locations worldwide in a software implementation project, proposing technical feasibility solutions for new functional designs and suggesting options for performance improvement of technical objects.

HOBBIES & TRAVEL

I travel seven months out of the year in a 45-ft motorhome towing a Jeep. With multiple secured internet resources and a customized office, I am able to work remotely from anywhere. 


My husband and I have a website and You Tube channel (ssrvadventures.com) where we post “How-to” blogs about RVLife, as well as reviews of RV resorts, surrounding restaurants and attractions to help others set expectations when planning travel.   


For the balance of the year, we park the rig in the Lehigh Valley, PA area at our summer home to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren.
